One of my roommates has recently become a little obsessed with Matcha lattes. She can't stop singing their praises. I've done a little research, and she's right. Matcha seems pretty magical and here are some of the benefits I've found. 
  1. High in antioxidants
  2. Calming
  3. Increases memory and concentration 
  4. Boosts energy level with a 'better' caffeine that leaves you less jittery
  5. Raises endurance
  6. Burns calories and raises metabolism 
  7. Detoxes the body
  8. Helps the immune system
  9. Raises HDL and lowers LDL, helping overall cholesterol levels  
  10. Undeniably tastes great.
